Return Policy
14-Day Return Policy
At Jazib.pk, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your footwear, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The footwear must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: WhatsApp us at 0328-1502379 within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. OR You can also initiate the return by simply go to the return page , login to your account (register account, if not created before) and initiate return in the return tab.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
- Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the Return Authorization number. Ship the package to the return address provided in the instructions.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you once the returned item has been received and inspected. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s). Jazib.pk is not responsible for items lost in transit.
